I have four pencil cups on my desk, so I can keep various tools organized together and be able to access them all at once. But “pencil cups” means a) a blue plastic Solo cup, b) a small glass jam jar, c) a 20z soda bottle with the top cut off, covered in stickers, and d) the plastic thing a bunch of felting needles came in.
So as part of my reorganization effort, I just bought some real pencil cups. They will have wider bases and not need to have rolls of duct tape sitting around them to keep them from falling over!
